Everybody needs this in their life! I used to be a fan of cake liners back in the day, favouring one from Laura Mercier. I had forgotten how good they are. They are something not to be feared, in fact, on the contrary, I’d say they are great for anyone lacking a little confidence in the eye liner department.
I have been using mine on a slightly damp slanted brush, pushed into my upper lash line. This gives the lashes great definition, without looking like you’re wearing any make-up. It is very black and does not budge which is amazing. I am planning on writing a full review on this so watch this space!
This is my current favourite concealer. Not as creamy as RMS Beauty’s Uncover Up, but I prefer the packaging. It is pretty full coverage, so great for concealing any areas of discolouration and lasts all day. You do have to work quite quickly with this before it dries. I have shade medium light.
I received this in a LoveLula Beauty Box ( a great way to discover new products). At first I was unsure. The formula is quite wet and the brush is quite large! It could get messy! However, it could have claimed the top spot as my favourite mascara. Although more care than usual may be needed, once applied it’s going nowhere. There is no smudging. It takes a little more removing then my other mascaras but has been the one I have been reaching for.
This has to be one of my all time favourite lipsticks. After initially using it constantly after receiving it a few months ago, it had got a little lost in my draw (if you’ve seen my recent Instagram stories, you’ll know how that could happen). I came across it again recently and is what I’ve been wearing over the last couple of weeks. Although a matte finish it doesn’t dry my lips and it lasts. Well worth a try.
What are your current make-up favourites?
